N949NS (cn 53022) A cool visitor on a cruddy day. Heading for the old Air Services ramp in the rain while wearing the markings for the band U2's latest concert tour. In spite of the colors, this plane was transporting a basketball team on a charter to Cleveland in advance of the upcoming NCAA tournament. |

N949NS (cn 53022) We've been getting a lot of USA Jet Falcons here over the last few days, so I didn't pay much attention to the JUS 949 flight I saw displayed on the en-route list on the Passur system where I work. Was I ever surprised when I saw this! Still displaying "U2 360 Tour" markings, it flew in from Milwaukee on a basketball charter for the upcoming NCAA tournament. |
