| NL10601 / 73843/VF-G (cn 122) This Mustang was built by North American Aviation in Inglewood, CA on 4/11/1945 as Air Force serial # 44-73843. It was only used as a trainer for 6 months, then stored for 6 years. On 1/11/1951 it was transferred to the RCAF until 1956. This became the first airplane purchased by the CAF in 1956. | |||
