	N838CA / 356 (cn 527) Returning to the CommutAir hangar after conducting a series of engine run-ups on pad 3, this will be the first -300 series Dash-8 to enter CommutAir's active fleet, with the first revenue flight expected to occur within the week. All five of the Dash 8-314's that are being obtained from Austrian Arrows (Tyrolean), are to be converted to -311 models before entering service in the states to bring them in line with US regulations. All the required maintenance and modifications are being done here in Cleveland. While the first two were painted in Indianapolis, and the last three are to be painted in Greenville, Mississippi.

	N838CA / 356 (cn 527) CommutAir's second -300 series Dash 8 taxies to their maintenance hangar on arrival from Indianapolis (IND), where it was painted into the new United Livery. Although this was the second -300 to be delivered from Austria after flying for Austrian Arrows (Tyrolean), it will go into service before N837CA, which was the first to arrive and be painted.

	N838CA / 356 (cn 527) I got lucky today when the crew of CommutAir's newest aircraft decided to take the long way to the hangar bringing it right by my perch, using the opportunity to practice taxiing on one engine...a task the -200 series is apparently unable to do.

	N838CA / 356 (cn 527) Landing runway 24R, this is CommutAir's second Dash 8-300, and it is pictured arriving straight from the paint shop in Indianapolis (IND) where it just received its new colors. This is the first photo of this aircraft in this livery anywhere!
