N271AV (cn 2327) With his flaps set in de-icing position, this USA 3000 Airbus is headed for the CDF (Central De-Icing Facility) , and a good spray before setting off to warmer climes. Not the prettiest day for pictures, but de-icing rarely happens in pretty weather. ( It can, but this is far more the norm around here! ) January 21, 2007 |

N522AE (cn 10147) American Eagle's N522AE is in the process of queuing up for the de-ice pad where it will join a bevy of ExpressJet ERJ's, a Pinnacle CRJ, as well as several others who are out of the frame. A light freezing drizzle today kept the Aeromag trucks very busy. In the distance, a CommutAir Beech 1900D is exiting the runway. January 21, 2007 |

N167GX (cn 9167) I was glad I was able to get a couple shots of this aircraft despite the fact that I didn't have my tripod with me. This is the factory demonstrator for Bombardier, and was the aircraft displayed at Farnborough in 2006. He's had a busy day today already, routing from Caracas Venezuela to Montreal Canada, then to Cleveland, and from here it departed to Hartford Connecticut where it arrived after only fifty minutes. If I were a millionaire, this would be my jet. January 21, 2007 |

99105 Lifting off of 06 left on a dark and rainy day, I left this photo in greyscale so you can better appreciate the prop-tip vortices generated as this legendary airlifter departs the field. (And besides, I thought it looked kinda cool this way!) January 13, 2007 |
