This is the same aircraft that experienced an accidental deployment of the emergency slide in the tail on departure from Chicago Midway a year later while transporting (then) candidate Barack Obama and his team on a flight that was supposed to go to Charlotte, North Carolina. They diverted to St. Louis and landed uneventfully.
