N3786B (cn 001) I couldn’t come down for the Memphis Belle unveiling ceremony without a visit to the Wright B Flyer museum at Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport (KMGY). Without the accomplishments of the Wright Brothers, the world as we know it would be a lot different and todays’ ceremony would not have taken place. Also, I was enlightened on the difference between a replica and a look alike. The Wright Flyer is a look alike since it has to meet current FAA airworthiness standards. If it were a true replica, it would have to be built exactly as the original Wright Flyer and would not meet today’s FAA standards. Look alike’s on the other hand look as identical as possible to the original but are built to meet today’s FAA standards.

N162MC (cn AC-746B) This is Northcoast Executive Airlines, pulling into the gate at Dayton General South. This is the start up airline that served BKL, and the airline that started me down the path to Dispatching. This airline I learned it all, I was the Flight Following Supervisor, weather observer, Assistant Director of Stations, did security screening, ticket counter and reservations. OPShots is the only known web site that will have a photo of this airline. I cannot find any info on this aircraft, so I believe it is now scrapped
