The Boeing classic was delivered to American Airlines in July 1981 as N713AA and was operated by Capital Cargo International Airlines (N713AA), and Cargojet Airways (CKFH) before USA Jet acquired it in June 2018.

The flight to TOL originated in Saipan GSN/PGSN (Saipan International Airport) on 7 June then to Kapolei, Hawaii (JRF/PHJR), then to Sacramento (MCC/KMCC). On 8 June 2019 they left Sacramento (MCC/KMCC) en route to Toledo Express - TOL/KTOL.

I scanned this classic FedEx B727F from a print that I took sometime in March, 1992 from the roof of the Cleveland Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) facility as it was being built. In the distance, a Continental B727-200 is parked on the ramp. It goes without saying, the aircraft, the City Ops vehicle, and the ambulance have all been retired.
