I believe this is Nextant's demo model of their 400XT conversion for Beechjets. Basically you get a 0 time airframe, new engines, new interior and new avionics for about the same price as a low time used Hawker/Beech 400 (Beechjet). Hence the fancy (ugly) paint job.
