Nasa Lewis operated the F-102 out of CLE as a chase plane for F-106 test ops. Here is a link to a couple of pics of the Lewis F-102: http://www.ninfinger.org/models/vault2004/NASA%20F-102/index.html If possible, please post that F-106 pic- I remember hearing that plane take off- its afterburner was quite distinctive!

Great photo- I had only seen this plane in NASA publicity photos, neat to see a new pic of it. Nasa sure operated a variety of planes out of Cleveland. Ever get a shot of the F-102 or F-106?
