N17HP (cn 18281436) The Highway Patrol always uses 27R where pictures are impossible because of distance and heat haze but today the controller sent this one off 23 even though the wind was from 280, even the pilot sounded surprised lol. I bet the controller saw me at the base of the tower taking pictures, if you read this thanks!
