| N14308 (cn 23359) Delivered to New York Air in 1985, this 737 became part of Continental's fleet in 1987 with the acquisition of the carrier and served well for 23 years. Withdrawn from service last September, '308' spent the last five months parked outside the CO maintenance hangar, and is pictured here today heading for Walnut Ridge (ARG/KARG), Arkansas where it will most likely be scrapped. A bittersweet moment for me as I worked that plane as both a ramper and a flight attendant, but I was glad to be there to send her off. See ya, 308! |
