You are correct, Freedom did not operate at Burke. They were there at BKL for the Air Show only, and I sure wish I had photographed the CV580 while it was there for the show. |

To my knowledge Freedom was never based at BKL, only Wright Airlines operated at both airports. But I could be wrong? |

Any shots of Freedom aircraft would make some cool posts- especially at CLE. I sure wish I would have photographed the Convair when it was at BKL, or their planes at CLE for that matter. I believe some of Freedom's CV580's went to Air Ontario. |

Never new Freedom flew Metros. I remember the Convairs at Hopkins, though. They took over some of the flying after United began to downsize their CLE hub. |
