| N1600H (cn 04365) Tag Airlines Dehavilland Dove N1600H at BKL in this undated postcard. Tag was in operation from 1957-1970, principally flying between Detroit and Cleveland's downtown airports. A fatal crash into a frozen Lake Erie in January 1970 spelled the end for this airline. Wright Airlines would then pick up the routes between the two cities and eventually expand. The second floor of the terminal building was a restaurant, I remember it being called "The Mark". A great place to plane watch! |
