I'm heading off to PWM for a few days of spotting and R&R in the northeast. I'm leaving this afternoon on BTA2402 and will be back on Thursday.
I'll have my laptop, so I'll be in touch!!

Well...I made it! Cool and overcast, but very comfortable. I'm right at the airport at the Embassy Suites Jetport with a view of the airport. (Only third floor, so not much to see, but all the spotting places look to be easy to get to.)

I got a few shots today, but the weather is kinda crappy...it's supposed to get better over the next few days. It's kind of a sleepy little airport, but they are undergoing a major expansion with a new terminal and more, so I bet it gets better in the next couple years.
I think I'm done for the day though...time to go downstairs and hit the manager's happy hour reception!

So far, so good! Gonna do some driving around tomorrow...maybe hit up a couple other local airports. We'll see...I don't want to be on any kind of schedule.
I uploaded a few shots tonight...they are really hard to edit on my laptop so I will save the majority for when I get home, but I had to give you guys a taste!

Like I mentioned....
Do yourself a favor and stop in at Great Lost Bear. Sample one of 60 local New England micros...on DRAFT. The have them all sorted by style. One of the best beer bars I've been to, and thats saying something.
Any color up there yet?

Well...it's my last morning here...coming home this afternoon on BTA 2404 getting in at 4:05PM. I had a great time but I'm ready to come home. I'm anxious to get to my good computer so I can work on some of my shots...expect a bunch this evening!
Oh yeah...I had some awesome shrimp, but not lobster, and I had some local beer, but not Great Lost Bear. I have to try to remember the name of it. Something something Hampshire Ale ... yum!
