I just caught this 747 coming over my house last night.Came out of the NE with a long wide contrail heading SWYou need to be a member to view our links. around 6:00p...any idea?

My first thought was Thai, but the dark blue/purple appears to go farther forward on your picture than on Thai's 747's.  Plus, I'm not sure if there are any Thai 747's that go over this area!

My lens only zooms to 250mm,so I have to crop to see it larger!..My thought is maybe a World 747........................
