Sad to see that Ohio has the 2nd biggest decrease over last year.  Looks like CVG is the biggest culprit though with CLE only losing 0.7%.

I'm sure you can read all sorts of things into the numbers though.  If CO for example cut back the capacity, then it's no surprise that IAH and CLE have had a decrease in seat capacity. 

Oh well, fun to look at the map anyway.
