Another aviation site forum has posted a link to a story which claims Delta Air Lines will soon announce an order for 100 Boeing 737-900 aircraft.  Delta Air Lines has not stated anything official about an aircraft order.

Today, Delta Air Lines officially announced plans to acquire 100 new Boeing 737-900ER aircraft for delivery beginning 2013.  Here is a link to the announcement.
