In the scope it says that UA may utilize 5% RJ's between hubs. Before, hub to hub was strictly CO metal. I.e. you would never see an RJ on CLE-EWR or CLE-IAH. Of course those rules were somewhat broken during the merger as there are RJ's between CLE and ORD right now for example. In the end, I'm not sure if the new scope will have a huge impact overall. But I'm no expert.
