While browsing I came across this video of a 767 takeoff and was wondering what the movement of the control surfaces was about @ 00:24. I assume it was them arming the spoliers in case of an RTO? ]

The spoilers assist in the roll motion of large aircraft.  They come up on the side the wing needs to drop when the ailerons are used.  I'm assuming there was a noticeable crosswind, and the pilot decided to "put the ailerons into the crosswind" which is something you generally do on smaller aircraft.  On larger aircraft you have to be careful using them as they will start causing too much drag if too much aileron is used.

If you watch the outboard aileron it moves at the same time the inboard one does.
