Looks like the Northwest 747 freighters are getting a new lease on life .
Kalitta bought 12 of them. I understand they may operate upto eight of them.

That is pretty cool..And I'm sure like Chuck said they will be well used, probably till the engines fall off or a fuselage cracks in half.
