Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul.  I haven't watched the story yet, but I'm interested in what he has to say.  Most MRO facilities are top notch, and fully certified, but I'm sure there's some that might raise a few eyebrows.  I won't comment more because I haven't seen it yet, but I hope it's not just an opportunistic piece slamming airlines that outsource maintenance .

He needs to investigate ODOT and local road maintenance crews. The roads here suck!!

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

He is a private pilot and was the space and aviation reporter for CNN for years, it's funny that he is being used more in an investigative role by PBS than as a feature reporter (what he did for CNN). I think you will find it pretty fair, as it focuses more on the nature of how the FAA regulates, or chooses not to.

Try driving Superior from East 55th all the way to Euclid and Saint Clair from 55th to East 185th. After a big snow, the plows dig up crater holes that sit in packs. Makes you feel like you're in a Grand Prix race trying to avoid them.
