I came across this video and found it pretty interesting. FedEx is a good company and this video give a good representation of the logistics that go into operating in a extremely competitive market.

Cool video!  Interesting that with the fuel stop the 747 arrives about the same time.  I'm guessing that is assuming that all goes well during the fuel stop and there are no issues with the fuel truck or de-icing issues.
