Wouldn't a take-off be the whole point of the exercise! We used to do something similar to this with fast-food trays and pick-up trucks in icy parking lots in years past.

What? Point of what exercise? I have been behind A/C while they are under taxi power and even that, can get you a bit nervous.... especially if they are in just starting to move from a stand still.
