Nice system. Pilot is saved, plane is saved. Might add a lil more weight to the plane but hell, i think this should be standard on all aerobatic aircraft.

Powered by a 300hp John Deere 6081H Natural Gas fueled engine connected to an Allison B400R6 six speed automatic transmission.

+1 there Delta - looks like a good idea for any aerobatic airplane.  Sounds like the pilot should not have been flying the aircraft like that.

For a second I thought this was going to be that fake video again.  This was great!  I believe most aerobatic planes do carry BRS chutes these days, as do most sport/recreational craft.  Great investment if you ask me...this video is proof positive.  Thanks for the post!
