President Carter is in town. So I would assume his entourage would also be here. Wouldn't a government aircraft be here for at least the Secret Service?

I haven't been around the airport myself, but the board has been quiet so I have to assume nothing spectacular has come in.

Just wondering, since I don't get to the airport as often as I used to....

he flew in on a commercial flight, regarding the secret services, im sure he flew with some with him, and also, i think theres a Secret Service post in Independence that they drew some people from

That's correct, he came in on a Delta flight, and was to fly out on another commercial flight.

Thanks for the info! I wasn't sure how the ex-President's got around. I knew that they still had the Secret Service protecting them, but didn't know if they still had dedicated birds or not.
