I only had about five seconds of view as it passed between trees in my yard, but not too bad! 

For those who don't know, our very own Mike Mantoudis ("Michi") is heavily involved with the Liberty Aviation Museum, and especially this B-25.  He will soon be one of the handful of B-25 pilots in the world when he gets signed off.  He was to have his check-ride last week, but circumstances made it not happen.  Perhaps it got done this weekend and this was his flight?!  I can't wait until he chimes in on the subject! 

It wasn't easy!  Fortunately, that beautiful sound of round engines had me reaching for the camera long before I saw it.  Too bad you weren't flying, but how cool it came right over my house!

I am planning on joining, Michi, it's a worthy organization.  I actually had my wallet out when I visited, but didn't have enough cash on me at the time.  Have you had your check ride yet, and when do you officially become a B-25 pilot?
