This flight flew from KCLE to KBKL, arriving at 09:24, the flight then returned to KCLE at 16:36. There is no flight number.

Interesting...I no longer work in operations so this is a mystery to me, but if I had to guess I would bet it was a test flight following maintenance. (Although I now see that it spent some time there...I'll have to ask around!)
