My sister was supposed to fly out of CLE tomorrow on Continental, and then they shifted her to United. She went online to do her boarding pass and found out about it. She's been going round and round with people because there is apparently no record of her ticket. Continental said to call United. The United rep said to look on the computer, and she said that it is not there.
Don't know where it is now. Will have to wait and see.

Out of the sandbox, finally!
Wow, all kinds of stuff going on since I'm on vacation. That's a pretty bad scenario you just outlined there...I can't believe that someone can't find her record? So...she got the email that said she can check in and print her boarding passes, and when she tried, she couldn't? Does she have a record of the booking?
