Landmark Aviation FBO plans to spend between $6 million and $7 million to add a hangar and terminal at the downtown airport. The growth is in response to rising demand for the company’s services. The goal is to have the 26,000-square-foot facility completed by the first quarter of 2016, ahead of the Republican presidential nominating convention coming to Cleveland that summer.

Relatively old news as Landmark had plans for this in 2013, these articles are written in response to the Cleveland City Planning Commission's unanimous approval.
"The new building will sit along North Marginal Road between the Navy Blue Angel and Army Thunderbird at Aviation Heritage Plaza and Landmark’s existing hangar, which will be retained."
Army Thunderbird uh? So much for fact checking... 18,000sq ft for a hangar isn't that big. Especially if they are going to have the Clinic's fleet in there.
