What is the long sheet next to the Acey sign? A checklist of some kind?

It's a book with our takeoff and landing speeds.  Since they are dependent on weight, we have a page for each 1000 lbs.  I just leave it up there while we are boarding until we find out what weight we will be for takeoff.

Gotcha Gotcha! Whats the typical landing speed of a CRJ-200 with a normal load of passenger?
