 F9 had a total meltdown at Cle today. 38% of flights on time with the average delay of 2.5 hours. Excellent weather day system wide and no weather orATC related. Other carriers in Cle today  had averages over  85% on time.   This airline operates from airports with little traffic problems to Cle  (other than ATL) and all mainline and this is what the operation is like.

 Cle  needs less cheerleading for this airline.Yell

Sounds like they need their own ground handling folks here - contract folks don't seem to be working out too well for them.  What a shame.
