CLE is leasing land near Interstate 480 at the intersection of Brookpark Road and Rocky River Drive, between the airport's terminal and its rental center to PMG Airport Plazas Developers LLC, so that they may build a 14-pump BP gas station, a Circle K convenience store, a Burger King, and a car wash.

Hopkins has had plans to build a gas station at this location for years, hopefully the planning will pay off and be a great amenity for passengers traveling through Hopkins and around the area.
