A Cessna 525C CJ4 (N614SB cn 525C-0072) headed from Burke Lakefront Airport to Ohio State University Airport is missing after losing ATC contact around 23:00 on 12/29. The aircraft is owned by Superior Beverage Group and had 6 occupants. Ex PR-VZN and N65CD, the plane received its operating certificate for Superior Beverage on October 14, 2016. Around September 26, 2016, Superior Beverage sold their Cessna 510 Citation Mustang (N814WS cn 510-0032).

Crews from the Coast Guard Air Station in Detroit sent a MH-65 Dolphin helicopter and crews from the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre in Trenton, Ontario of the Royal Canadian Air Force sent a CC-130 aircraft to search for the plane.
"They've been searching all night," said Petty Officer 2nd Class Chris Yaw, a public affairs specialist based with the 9th District Coast Guard in Cleveland.
N614SB was flown by John T. Fleming, CEO of Superior Beverage Group in Columbus. Also aboard the plane was Fleming’s wife, Suzanne, his two teenage sons, a neighbor and a neighbor’s daughter, according to Fleming's dad.
