C-17 and VH-3D at BKL yesterday 11/4

Yesterday, parked at Burke Lakefront was a C-17. Parked near it, hidden behing the closed Aviation High School was a VH-3D which I saw flying south at 12:20.

 

Any info on this would be great, including why the VH-3D was here.
