Authorities briefly evacuated a portion of CLE Tuesday after a K-9 officer alerted other authorities of a possible suspicious device inside an unattended car outside the terminal, Cleveland police said. Police found no explosives inside the car and cleared the scene about an hour after the initial hit, department spokeswoman detective Jennifer Ciaccia said.
The driver of the vehicle dropped passengers off and then went inside with them for about 20 minutes, leaving the unattended vehicle outside, inciting suspicion and prompting the evactuation.
