In CLE and CMH we will most likely see this first on the American Eagle fleet. Not sure they would repaint their aging MD-80's with a possible US Airways merger hanging around. There are already some pics of the new paint in action on some of the other aviation websites, along with the inevitable opinions & arguments.

 I like the tail paint which reminds me of the American flag being carried into action by a cavalry unit. The rest seems drab. I think the classic AA eagle logo in red, white, and blue, large on the fuselage between the tail paint on American titles would add something to catch your eye. You could even put a large breast cancer awareness pink ribbon or yellow ribbon for the support armed forces there so take up the dead space.
