On June 7th, United Airlines will cut its twice daily Embraer ERJ-145 flight to Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) citing the route's failure to meet expectations. This is likely as a result of Southwest's recent addition of flights to MKE, which began on November 5, 2017.
Despite this cut, the airline also announced that it will add a sixth daily flight to Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and an additional Saturday flight to Orlando International Airport (MCO), both beginning in November 2018.
