With Colgan now part of Republic, Q-400's are returning tomorrow under the "YX" moniker.  Schedule is as follows:

Republic will begin service out of CLE this Thursday, January 3, 2013, operating a IAD turn utilizing DH4 (Q400) equipment, specifically:

AL Arv Flt Arv Fm Arr Time Dep Flt Dep To Dep Time EQ FREQ
YX 4881 IAD 1344 4884 IAD 1425 Q4H 12345 7
YX 4881 IAD 1344 4894 IAD 1425 Q4H      6

The Q400 will initially operate out of gates D2 and D4.  Gate D12 will not be used until it is re-signed off with a Q400 on the gate.

looks like the March schedule has many new increases:

cle to  Iad   2x Er170, 2 x Q 400   2 x erj

cle to  Den   2 x Er170   1 x 320

Confused

cle to Ord   6 x E170 replacing  Cr-70's

Interesting. Supposedly the Q200's to IAD were to support CommutAir flying out of IAD. I wonder how they're doing it now. And the E170's to IAD and elsewhere reflect the new pilot agreement I guess.

It's good to see the bump up in March departures. The January sked was the leanest in years, even for January.

According to an OAG update thread on "the other board" UA has released another half dozen or so schedule increases for the coming summer service.  These are still add-backs and not new flying but it's all good ... it's all good. Cool

Last weekend UA posted posted even more summer schedule additions for CLE. It appears that 99% of last summer's flying is now in the schedule with the exception of being down one daily to LAS.  Maybe the downtown casino is cutting into LAS business. Wink

No NEW flying has been posted other than the OKC and BNA flights, which replace losses like GRB and ORF.  Maybe a surprise or two is still to come (we need a smiley with crossed fingers).
