Vacation Express has launched Cleveland (KCLE) to Cancun, Mexico (CUN/MMUN) six day vacation packages from February 14th to August 2nd. The once-weekly flight, operated by Interjet, will leave CLE on Saturdays at 09:00, arriving in CUN at 12:55. Return flights depart on Fridays at 15:00, arriving in CLE at 18:45. The flight will be operated by an A320.

Vacation Express will launch CLE to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ/MDC) six day vacation packages from March 15 to August 2nd. The once-weeky flight, operated by Swift Air, will leave CLE on Sundays at 09:45, arriving in PUJ at 13:55. Return flights depart on Saturdays at 15:00, arriving in CLE at 19:30.  The flight will be operatrd by a 737.

Love their very "classy" ticket counter (it literally looks like a kitchen counter-probably on clearance from Home Depot). I don't even see a computer (maybe they bring a laptop when they check people in). You need to be a member to view our links.

I believe these are not "public charters" in the way Apple Vacations' charters share their plane with the public. AS I understand it Vacation Express sells only charter packages so all they need to do if verify their passenger list.

Which makes me wonder: If they ran the flight out of the executive terminal, would they be exempt from TSA checks?
