There's a little discussion on a.net of the CLE-SFO route.  A poster claimed that UA will increase service to three daily from Dec onward.  When he first posted this, the Continental.com sked actually showed three flights, leaving CLE around 9AM, 12N, and 5PM in Dec, Jan, and Feb. Later the same day, the noon addition disappeared and a 9PM third flight for the Christmas season only appeared.

Whatever CO/UA actually operate, it will be more than last winter. Interesting to me was the two flights appear to be scheduled through the winter, and including the third one (whether at noon or 9PM), they are ALL timed for CLE departure banks.
