They were supposed to have contacted you (email or phone, I heard) with the information. I never heard from UA, but read all the information on the web, so I called the Premier line and a supervisor took care of it. I don't think we know if another 787 flight will be scheduled.

Yeah, they haven't yet.  I'll give it a couple more days, I guess, then call a number I found online.  Lame.  At least they're offering refunds.

Yes, the 787 has been cancelled for today, which is a shame since it would have been a great day to catch a new aircraft!  I wish I knew when the Dreamliner was actually coming, but it won't be today unless it's a bona-fide diversion.  CLE is prepped for 787 diversions, but we have yet to prove we can do one.

Now that UA has two aircraft, we may get a chance to have a visit soon.  If I hear anything I'll let you know.  In the meantime, enjoy the 767-200 that's coming in.
