When she lands at Burke Lakefront Airport on Saturday, a representative of the Federal Aviation Administration is likely to greet the plane, to check maintenance records, and the qualifications of the pilots and flight engineer.
A B-25 bomber will accompany the bigger B-17. Rides are only going to be on the Yankee Lady. Proceeds will benefit the Yankee Air Museum and the International Women's Air and Space Museum that is in Burke and is hosting the bombers' visit.
