Just got a head's up that two UAE 747's are here now joining the BBJ that's been here for two days.  I'm going in early to see if I can catch them...hopefully some of you will catch them too!

Okay, by the time I got there, the BBJ was already gone, but the 747's are still here.  A6-MMM looks to be preparing for departure soon though.   We are on the 24's.

Cool, will look for your shots!  Yeah, they pulled a bus up to the one on the de-ice pad and boarded up, but that was a couple hours ago now, so maybe they're just using it as a hotel?

Edit:  Couple things...love your new avatar George...very fitting! LOL

And I got the date wrong in the title...sorry!

Not a good time to take pictures with all the heat, but this was the view from the 100th Bomb Group today, showing a rare view of two 747's in one frame at Hopkins!  A6-MMM is in the fore and A6-COM in the rear.  A6-COM left during the rain this afternoon, but I did manage a few shots...we'll have to see how they come out!

A6-MMM's still there. Saw it sitting on the pad while driving by the airport on 480 this evening before the storms rolled through...
