Look for something to happen on pad 3. There is a small fleet of vehicles that moved there from Atlantic and they are warming up the number 8 T-Bird. Maybe they will park them over there this year.

Pad 3 is by the firehouse between it, and the IX Center.  City says the C-17 should be here shortly as well, and the F-4's soon after.
