12/13/14. Bengals Charter DAL 8863 a B757-200 scheduled to BKL then CLE. The flight between CVG and BKL has not been scheduled. The flight between BKL and CLE is scheduled to depart BKL at 16:45 and arrive at CLE at 16:48.

Is BKL-CLE because it couldn't take off loaded out of BKL?

The 757-200's MTOW is 255,000 lbs, using about 6500 feet of runway on a standard day, BKL's longest runway 6L/24R is 6,198 feet in length, however I have seen 757s take off from BKL with passengers many times, I have also seen C-17s and 767s at BKL. The 757-200 can take off from a runway 5,500 feet in length for trips up to 1,740 nautical miles, within the range of BKL to CVG.
To add more, I even have photos of the Bengals' charter flight here on October 13, 2012.
So this doesn't really answer the question but it provides more information on the 752. I will do more to find out as I am curious too, which is part of the reason I posted.
