An Antonov 224 (updated: AN-124 of Volga-dnepr) is scheduled into CLE around 0930 (updated 1130) tomorrow 11/9. The plane will be coming from Brussels (updated: with a stop in Keflavik, Iceland) to deliver the European command module of the Orion Spacecraft. It will go to Pad-2 to unload.

 

A flight plan has not yet been filed. I assume it will have to go through Customs in Concourse A first?
