And now a pic of the plane itself.

You know... I don't think I have a picture of the plane.  Go figure.  Here's one from the website I bought it from.  Looks just like it.

Wingspan is 44 inches.  Aileron, rudder and elevators.  I'm waiting for some lights to be delivered, then it will have position lights, a beacon, a strobe and landing lights.

how does it fly? Is it a stable beginner flyer?

For a complete beginner, I would highly recommend getting something like a Super Cub first.

You need to be a member to view our links.

I started with this one and crashed it uncountable times.  It's sturdy and simple and easy and cheap to fix.  Once you get out of the "I crash my RC plane at least once every time I fly it" phase, you can move up to something like the T-28.

The T-28 flies like a dream.  Stable, powerful, and relatively agile.  If you have some experience, this would be a great plane to upgrade to.

Thats pretty cool...I've gone through about 5 RC planes and wrecked them all...I want to get back into it, but cant seem to find a safe place to fly them privatly so as not to feel like a fool in front of  people when I crash one again.

I totally hear you.  I HATE flying with other people watching.  Sometimes I go into the Metro Parks early in the morning or evening and fly there.  Otherwise there aren't many other options.  Sometimes I drive just far south until I hit fields and forests which mostly don't belong to anyone.  There are a few clubs which have fields in the area, but again, then you are under the scrutiny of everyone else.  And once you have landed, you get a lot of tips and pointers that you really couldn't care less about.
If you get one again, let me know, I'll go fly 'em somewhere with you.  And I promise I won't laugh when you crash yours if you promise not to laugh when mine hits the ground!

well im going to laugh if i ever see one of you guys crash your planes.......and i expect to be laughed at when i crash mine.

People can watch me fly mines for the first time. Ill jus simply tell them i have no idea what im doin and plan on lawn darting my plane a couple times to figure out not to do that maneuver again. It an be a group of people watching.....i wouldnt mind. Gives me a lil drive to fly that plane jus a lil better in order to crash it in or near the group watching and laughing. Cant get mad at a beginner for ramming his plane into the top of your head can ya?
