It has been announced that the voting will be mid-October through mid-November and the results announced very soon after voting ends.  The vote is open to below-wing employees and some other work groups.

I do not know what will happen if a union is voted in.  If the union is not voted in then things will probably be the same...occasional hiring for ramp openings.

Delta's goin Union for ground workers? Well this is interesting. Ive seen the negative postings in the Delta breakroom on E Concourse near the restrooms. One has to do wit union fees paid by members being used to purchase and operate a Lear Jet for the Union higher ups.

IAM?  Their Lear has been in CLE a few times.

Just like anything else there are good and bad points to unions.
