Proof: The New York Christmas week snow event. They had the equipment and still could do no good. So what would the difference be? Mother nature indeed wins sometimes!!!!

The city has plenty of back hoe diggers, front end loaders and 6 wheel motor graders at their disposal. Who needs a dam plow truck when a front end loader can do that samething. Plus, ATL has a crap load of garbage trucks that can have a play attachment glued on their front ends. It also would be nice to have a couple silos with salt. Even if you dont use much of it, salt doenst go bad over the years. NYC has a ton of garbage trucks acting as plows when the weather gets crazy in the winter....ATL can do the same and save millions.
