I have a friend who has an old photo that they would like restored.   It looks as if it had some tape or something on it at one time, and when it was pulled off some of the photo came with it.

Does anyone know of a local place that might be able to fix something like this?

I believe she already talked with Kinko's who wanted a $30 set up fee just to look at it.   Dodd's is another option, but I wanted to see if anyone here had any ideas.
